How much does storage cost?
Our standard storage rate is $150 per week per 20ft container. A 20ft container holds approximately 35 cubic metres — enough for a typical 3-bedroom home. Pricing is per calendar week, with no lock-in contracts.
How long can I store my items?
As long as you need. Whether it’s one week between settlements or 12 months during a renovation project, we accommodate both short-term and long-term storage. You’re billed weekly and can end your storage with reasonable notice.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Your belongings are covered by our transit and storage insurance from the moment our team begins handling them. This covers damage and loss during transit and while in our secure storage facility. We recommend discussing specific high-value items with us at the time of booking.
Can I access my items while in storage?
Yes, you can arrange access to your container with advance notice. We’ll co-ordinate a time for you to visit the facility. For frequently accessed items, let us know at booking and we can place them toward the front of your container for easier retrieval.
What size container do I need?
Our 20ft container (35m³) comfortably fits a 3-bedroom home including all furniture and 25–40 boxes. Smaller households (1–2 bedrooms) will typically use 50–70% of the container. For larger homes or commercial items, we can arrange additional containers. Tell us what you’re storing and we’ll advise on the right size.
What can’t I store?
We cannot store hazardous materials including flammable liquids, gas bottles, chemicals, ammunition, or perishable food. Living plants and animals are also excluded. Most standard household and commercial items are perfectly fine — if you’re unsure about a specific item, just ask us before booking.
