How to Recommend Us (Without Being Awkward)

FAQs & Conditions
When do I get my $50 gift card?
The day after your mate’s move is completed and paid in full. Not on booking. Not on deposit. After the truck pulls away and the invoice is settled. Same goes for their $50 discount — it comes straight off the final invoice.
Does my mate’s move need to be a certain size?
Any standard move that meets our normal minimum booking (2-hour minimum local move, or any interstate booking) qualifies. If it’s a job we’d quote and book day-to-day, it counts. Single-item or odd one-off moves we’ll review case-by-case — we’ll let you know up front if anything’s off.
Where do you operate?
Brisbane and surrounds — residential and commercial moves. Plus interstate from Brisbane to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and the Gold/Sunshine Coasts. If your mate is moving within or out of our service area, we’re good.
How many mates can I refer?
As many as you like. There’s no cap. Five mates move with us, that’s $250 in gift cards for you. Ten mates, $500. We’ll keep paying as long as you keep sending.
Do I have to have moved with Relocation Rangers myself to refer someone?
Nope. Even if you only enquired with us in the past — or just know us by reputation — you can still refer a mate and collect the $50.
My mate has used Relocation Rangers before — does that count?
Referrals need to be new customers. If they’ve already booked a move with us in the past, they don’t qualify for this offer (but flick us an email anyway — we look after repeat customers separately with their own discount).
Can my mate combine the $50 off with another discount or quote?
The $50 referral discount applies to your mate’s standard quote. It doesn’t stack with other promotional discounts, but it does come off the final invoice on top of our already-published $195/hr rate.
What if my mate isn’t happy with the service?
Then I want to know about it. Email me directly at luke@relocationrangers.com.au and tell me what happened. I’d rather fix it than pretend it didn’t. Once we’ve made it right, the referral gift card is still yours.
How long does the offer last?
This is an ongoing program with no end date currently set. If we ever change or pause it, we’ll honour any referrals already submitted before the change.
