Relocation Rangers (“we”, “us”) is a Brisbane removalist business based at 1290 Logan Rd, Mount Gravatt QLD 4122. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can access or correct it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Booking and quote details — your name, phone number, email, pickup and delivery addresses, move date, and details about the items being moved.
- Refer a Mate details — your name, email and mobile, and your friend’s name, email, mobile and suburb. Please only refer someone who is happy to be contacted.
- Messages — anything you send us by phone, email or text.
- Website usage — pages visited, device and browser type, and similar information collected through cookies and analytics tools (see below).
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, confirm bookings and carry out your move.
- To contact you about your booking, including updates on the day.
- To contact a friend you’ve referred, and to track and reward referrals.
- To send occasional news or offers if you’ve subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To understand how our website is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business, including with:
- Our online booking system (MovePro), which processes quotes and bookings made online.
- Our crews and any partner providers involved in your move, such as storage or interstate transport partners.
- Email and marketing services such as MailerLite, if you subscribe to updates.
- Analytics and advertising services — Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads), Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) and Microsoft Clarity.
- Our IT, hosting and professional advisers, and anyone we are required to share with by law.
Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure the results of our advertising. Microsoft Clarity may record anonymised sessions (clicks, scrolling and page interactions) to help us improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
